RETURNS / REFUNDS

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your Luxi Mattress let us know and we will arrange for your mattress to be picked up at no cost to you and your payment to Luxi Sleep Australia will be fully refunded

Please note that this can only be done within the 180 days of your mattress receipt

If you did not purchase the Luxi mattress then you are not eligible for a return

You must have slept on your Luxi mattress for a minimum 30 days in order to be eligible for a return. We say this because we know that it takes some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress

We do require proof of purchase such as a receipt (electronic) in order to honour the return

We do require that you are available in person for the pick up of the mattress at a scheduled time.  Only one (1) attempt will be made to collect the mattress.  Any further attempt will be at your own cost

For collection, the Luxi mattress must be either wrapped in plastic or covered in packaging/cardboard for it to be picked up

Return Policy for purchase of multiple mattresses does not apply

If your return is on the basis of incorrect mattress size then you will not be eligible for a refund

If your return is based on damage or stain then you will not be eligible for a return / refund

A refund will be paid after we have received the Luxi mattress at on of our warehouse locations in Australia

The refund will be applied to the same method of original payment

If your original method of payment was via Luxi’s interest-free finance then additional charges may apply

Please note that any Luxi mattress that is returned will be donated to an Australian based charity to help those less fortunates
